Day 2 

completing consultation with my client before treatment..

On this session I am doing manicure on a male client, before I start the treatment I fill out a consultation with my client and asked for client's signature. As my client is a male I choose to do a buffed finish and do an exfoliate to get rid of any dead skin cell and to soften the skin. By doing a treatment on a male client i have learnt that a male skin will be dryer than a female skin and will have a hard skin on the palm of the hands.

The Beauty Boutique!

I have been doing some research on different professional beauty salon website. I pick this salon because their website is very eye catching with plain white colour background with clear black, grey and pink colour front which make the salon look neat and professional. The website have a really good layout of an image and are easy to find an information by click on section at the top or can click on an image, you can also find a special offers at the bottom of the page. The salon have different treatments to chose from and also selling make-up products. On the website also tell you which product range they are going to be using on the clients and they are offer to give the clients an advice on the client's skin.

Day 1

Setting up my blog!

On the first day of work experience we setting up our blog to record on what we are doing in each session. I choose blue & purple theme because they are my favorite colours. I would like to learn using blogging so I can use it to promote my services that on offer in my own salon in the future.  

Helping my peer to set up their blog!

After I have finished set up my blog I help my peers to set up their blog as a few laptop does not work.
